Oregon Cream Honey Company is located in the Pacific Northwest Willamette Valley and is a multi-generational family run operation. We pride ourselves in the care of our honeybees, taking extra time and effort to ensure their well-being.
Oregon Cream Honey is produced from Raw Liquid Honey which has never been overheated and processed with extreme care to retain the same properties of the Raw Liquid Honey which was used in production. When we refer to Cream Honey, it means that the liquid honey has been slowly stirred into a cream like texture over a period of time, usually several days. No cream is used in this process as it merely refers to the consistency of the honey.
Cream Honey spreads easily on toast and biscuits much like butter. A lot less messy than liquid honey! There is no difference in the nutritional value of Cream Raw Honey versus Raw Liquid Honey. We never heat our honey above 94 degrees Fahrenheit which is the temperature that honeybees keep their hives. This careful adherence to the temperature ensures that the nutritional value is not compromised in our Oregon Cream Honey.
Carefully producing Oregon Cream Honey is a time-consuming process, but I think you will agree that it is well worth the effort. Try our Oregon Cream Honey on your breakfast toast or bagel today!
